Dear Partner,

I am writing to you during the long return flight from Zimbabwe where we have just concluded another Mass Miracle Crusade. This crusade was very special to me and to the people of the city of Bulawayo, the second largest city of the nation. The last meaningful crusade in Bulawayo was held about 20 years ago, also by a German evangelist. In the meantime the people of Bulawayo, once the capital of the now very poor country, felt "forgotten".

Bulawayo – Hungry For Jesus Christ

Excitement began with city's spiritual leadership of about 10 pastors as they prepared for the crusade. Their enthusiasm spread as thousands upon thousands came to experience the Word and the Power of God. As expected, we witnessed a "flood" of signs and miracles, healings and deliverances taking place. The anointing of the Holy Spirit was strong and the preaching of the Gospel reached into the hearts of the people so that – night by night – multitudes received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
But, what was so special with this crusade in Bulawayo? What was so different from so many other crusades? It was their hunger for God and His supernatural working.

Never before have I experienced how people received the "Bread from Heaven" with such hunger and openness. From the first to the last second of my preaching, every eye and ear was turned towards heaven with utmost attention. It was a tremendous joy to preach the Gospel to these people and to experience how the visitors of the crusade followed the call of salvation, prayed the prayer of repentance and experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The contrast of emotions was so overwhelming that at times I wept tears of joy. Often times the Pastors of Bulawayo felt into each others arms with joy about the many salvations, healings and deliverances. 

Flames At The Crusade Light Flames In The Church

Bulawayo was considered more or less as "dead ground" for the Gospel. For many years the pastors have prayed that the supernatural would penetrate the churches in their region. These brothers and sisters have given and sacrificed everything to make this crusade possible and that I may come and preach the Gospel in demonstration of the power of God in their city. Both the people and the pastors were filled with hunger for the working of God and had great expectations.

They have not only prayed, the have also acted!

During special conferences I had the privilege of releasing the anointing of God upon these ministers of God. And then, on Sunday – during one of the church services – it happened: The flames at the crusade started to light the flames in the churches. "…. this morning a paralyzed woman came to us to the service. We have prayed as we always did and suddenly she is healed!” reported one of the pastors full of joy and overwhelmed by the new anointing that from now on rests on his ministry.

I have heard testimonies like this from many sides. Suddenly signs and miracles were not only taking place in the evening on the "Nguboyenja Sports Ground", but also in the churches. The dream of the pastors was fulfilled. The supernatural has impacted their churches and they are now experiencing a double harvest! Not only will they experience phenomenal growth in their churches, but also the power of God has penetrated them.

The Fire Of God Cannot Be Quenched 

This new anointing had such overwhelming impact that before I left Zimbabwe the pastors decided to continue the Mass Miracle Crusade on their own. – Night by night! Revival happens by revived ones!  The people in Bulawayo have received the anointing and have taken the initiative. The is true revival and true fruit! We were allowed to light the fire – now it is burning – the crusade continues – the revival continues...
